It would all be paid back in a matter of minutes should there <br /> be a fire. <br /> Sprinklers are getting to be the norm in progressive communities and in the <br /> building and Fire Codes. They save lives and property and make sense. It <br /> saves the community water, taxes, firefighter costs, and makes a strong <br /> statement to the public that the city is concerned about their long term safety. <br />· Recent poll of neighboring insurance companies state that there is a savings of <br /> 10-13% per year on premiums for sprinklered homes. <br />· 90% of all fires are contained by one sprinkler head. <br />· There is a 1 in 16 million chance that a sprinkler head will activate without a <br /> fire. <br /> <br /> <br />
