Inas- <br />much as most of the time involved will probably be evenings, I will only <br />be working on Chose Chat are needed'immediately unt'il the compensatory <br />time issue discussed by the Personnel Committee is resolved. I can o~ly~, <br />assume this will happen when the special Council meeting'to d'iscuss <br />salaries is finally arranged. I express this concern because of the dis- <br />cussion of eliminat'ing compensatory time. The 18+ days I have on the <br />books now is too much of a contribution without earning more only to <br />lose it. <br /> <br />The other item that needs clarification is the amount tO be paid for the_ ~..~. ~., ,i~e <br />easements. Mr. Goodrich indicated that payment had been authorized at' <br />$3,000 per acre or $.069 per square"'foot~~- ~ .... a~ <br /> <br />I would further~ suggest' that ,a minimum payment bf' $50~be established to . ~ ~ ~ t~ <br />make it worthwhile for those'i~dividuals with Sma~lla'reas!~to spen'd the ~ :~.
