We brought <br />this matter to the attention of our City Council on Tuesday, <br />November 17th. It was the Council's decision to not become involved <br />in this issue at the present time, but rather wait until we have a <br />ruling on the Fiscal Disparities lawsuit, of which the City of Eden <br />Prairie is a part, which may settle many of the same issues.
