TO: <br /> <br />FROM <br /> <br />DATE <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />City Assessor <br /> <br />November 18, 1981 <br /> <br />Monthly Report <br /> <br />I attended the first day of the short course I mentioned in my last <br />report. I have changed the dates and place for the second and third <br />days to November 19 - 20, 1981. These two days will be at the Highway <br />Training Center in New Brighton. This is considerably closer and the <br />dates are better than in December. <br /> <br />I have begun the bookwork for the 1982 assessments. At this time I'm <br />unable to tell if I will need help to complete it. I still have some <br />new construction to do but I will work on this in December closer to <br />1982. I'm still receiving appointment calls but not a large amount. <br />There will be a small percentage of people who won't call back for ap- <br />pointments, but they're all areas that I have viewed in past years so <br />I'm not too concerned. <br /> <br />I did a considerable number of inspections again this period.
