Voting yes ~_~ ~, . <br /> Voting no <br /> <br />ZONING, REQUEST FOR; CASE OF MR. J. STEPHEN SCH~IDT: <br /> <br />Council, at their regular meeting of November 10, 1981, authorized <br />the City Staff by resolution to engage a professional planner to <br />review Mr. J. Stephen Schmidt's request to rezone a 5.5 acre piece <br />of land located at the intersection of State Highway #47 and 167th <br />Avenue NW from R-1 to B-1. Accordingly, we (City Administrator, <br />City Attorney and City Engineer) have met with Gunner Isberg, a very <br />fine planner, in regards to the proposed rezoning request from R-1 <br />to B-1. He states that his hourly rate is $35 per hour and his max- <br />imum time for this would be 25 hours or $875. We did cover the whole <br />issue with Mr. Isberg and we also went out and showed him the area. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-c) contains Mr. Schmidt's letter in regards to this <br />case. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note that the City Staff has <br />gotten a planner who will review and submit a report to you on the <br />above case as per Council resolution. Should Council not desire the <br />City to engage the above planner, they should so state and give dir-~ <br />ection.
