I I i I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION AS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY r~is agreement, entered into this day of Joly 1981 between Mr. George Cowles, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City" as per the follow- ing: Intent and Purpose To assure that the conditions..of approval established by the City of Ramsey for all commercial and industrial develgpments, approved by the City of Ramsey, are understood between the Applicant and the City of Ramsey, and that the Applicant complies with said conditions fully within the time frames established by the agreement. This agreement acknowledges that the Applicant has made proper application for the approval granted by this agreement and has met all other con- ditions established by the Planning g Zoning Commission and the City Council in concluding formal approval of Applicant's application by this agreement. Legal Description of Property The property is legally described as Plat 89219, Parcels 3700 and 3750, and is generally known as 9539 West Highway #10. Zoning The zoning at the date of this agreement is B-l, Business. Approved use of property - Retail sales. Conditions of Agreement 1) That the hours of operation shall be as specified by the State and local regulations governing the sale of on-sale liquor. 2) That prior to opening, the Applicant shall comply with all State and local codes regnnlating the sale of set-ups and food. 3) That the Applicant shall provide parking lot striping as shown on his site plan dated J~Lly 15, 1981. Said site plan is hereby incorporated as a part of this agreement and des- ignated as "Exhibit A".
