NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO ~{OM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> The Ramsey City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a <br />public hearing at 7:35 P.M. on November 3, 1981, in the Council Chambers <br />of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />for the purpose of reviewing a proposed Preliminary Plat "R. A. Peltzer <br />Addition" for Reinhold A. Peltzer and Alma V. Peltzer. <br /> <br /> Legal Description: That part°of the east 417.00 feet of the <br />southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the South 1044.O0 <br />feet thereof, as measured along the east and south lines thereof and <br />lying southerly of the north 150.O0 feet thereof. Except therefrom the <br />right-of-way of County State Aid Highway Number 56 according to Anoka <br />County Highway Right-of-Way Plat Number 16. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the plat.
