Mr. Goodrich - that isn't necessary until <br />we blacktop. Councilmember Reimann ~]is agreement would initiate a <br />legal doctm~ent regarding setback, etc., that would come up Mien building <br />permits are applied for. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Re,harm, Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No' None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />b) Appeal of Special Assessment Project #81-14 <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich - On October 23, 1981, Ramsey was served with a Notice of <br />Intent to Appeal Assessments regarding Project #81-14. I don't feel it <br />was a valid action. <br /> <br />c) Resolution Regarding Rezoning Applications for Wes Bulen and Julian <br /> Schmidt. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich read the proposed resolution out loud. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox Feels it is a good idea to hire a professional planner. <br />This is going to be a political decision and we should have more back- <br />ground information. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich - Planner can tell us what we can expect in the future if we <br />decide to rezone this area and we will be drawing up separate contracts <br />for each applicant in this case. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt Resolution #81-185 regarding Rezoning Applications for Wes Bulenand <br />Julian Schmidt. (see resolution file for Resolution #81-~85). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Reimann, Cox, Sorteberg and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
