Do we revoke permit after one <br />complaint or 100 complaints? Where do you set the standard in a case <br />like this? We have to develop some consistency in this City rather than <br />hopscotch all over. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg To date, we have had no complaints made regarding conditional <br />use permit violations in the City of Ramsey. But, upon first complaint, <br />there should be immediate review. <br /> <br />Jean Schlueter 15011 Juniper Ridge Drive - What is to stop neighbors <br />from }~arrassing Karol Andreason by complaining unnecessarily. Karol has <br />more integrity that anyone in this room tonight. She has tried to <br />approach this matter in a straight fonvard manner. She is not trying to <br />create a problem, she is trying to make a stepping stone to a bt~siness <br />in the City of Ramsey and you people are making a mountain out of a mole <br />hiiI. Karol has always worked for the betterment of this couununity. <br /> <br />Motion by CoJ~nnissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Du~m to recommend <br />to City. Council that an agreement be entered into between the City of Ramsey <br />,and Ms. Karol Andreason and that the agreement be'. based on these hhanges <br />and/or addition to Findings of Fact beginning with Item #5 - Perfox~nance <br />Standards: <br /> <br />#5 -a <br /> <br />The fire protection is provided by the City of Anoka. Even <br />though the potential of fire in related required equipment exists, <br />proper operation, maintenance and fire extinguishers will reduce <br />potential considerably. <br /> <br />#5-c Noise pollution may be a problem. <br /> <br />#S-e Odors may be applicable. <br /> <br />#8 <br /> <br />That the applicant understands and agrees that no pizza sold <br />shall be consumed on the premises. <br /> <br />#9 <br /> <br />The applicant has a Pdddlers License to operate the concession <br />stand for the sale of ice cream, pop, hot dogs, etc., but will <br />not be sold at the residence. <br /> <br />#12 <br /> <br />If granted, it should be for a 6 month period with option for <br />renewal for one more 6 month period.
