There has been some success with <br />several parties signing and others indicating they would be in. I will go <br />through the entire list again probably the first week in December when the <br />incentive of some additional unplanned funds would be more appreciated. <br /> <br />We have had a preconstruction meeting with the contractor for the lower level <br />of City Hall and if everything procedes normally, they should be starting <br />construction the first week in December. Also present at the meeting were a <br />representative from HUD and our architect whom we will have to retain for some <br />further work which will include the preparation of contracts, etc. <br /> <br />The boiler is continuing to operate properly and has not yet lost any water. <br />Hopefully this will solve our problems once and for all. <br /> <br />At the time the boiler work was completed, I also had the contractor investigate <br />what appeared to be an apparent pump failure in the septic system. However, it <br />was discovered the problem is in the alarm which will have to be repaired by an <br />electrician. <br /> <br />Permits issued, mileage, and inspections are as follows: <br /> <br />Permits Issued <br /> <br /> A.
