I <br /> ALPACA ESTATES - REQUEST FOR SCHEDULING OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZON~NG <br /> <br />I JULY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> RESOLUTION REQUEST GRANTING THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION INTERIM <br /> <br />Council directed that a public hearing for Alpaca Estates be scheduled to be <br />held on June 25, 1979 at 7:30 P.M..as per Planning and Zoning recommendations. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Reimann that there be only <br />one Council meeting in July to be held on July 23, 1979. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />TO CONDUCT SITE PI~N AND DESIGN PLAN REVIEW OF COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND <br /> <br />MULTIPLE DWELLINGS. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and'seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt <br />Resolution No. 79-46 to be effective for a period of 90 days from this date <br />for Commercial-Industrial type business that they must go before the Planning' <br />& Zoning Co~mission for design and site plan review and that Council will also review. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Mickelson, Reimann and <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />PETER HERRICK REQUEST TO BUILD RESIDENTIAL DWELLING ON A METES AND BOUNDS PARCEL <br /> <br />OF LAND <br /> <br />Property involved is a ten acre parcel located off Highway 47 in Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 27. <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich informed Council that this would have to be consistent <br />with the City's Subdivision Ordinance and its intended interpretation taking <br />the following into consideration: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Allow access onto Highway 47 'at the present time, but if'they subdivide that <br />they will have to build a paved road to City standards because access onto <br />Highway 47 must be limited. <br /> <br />2) 'No more than one building permit for only one access. <br /> <br />3. Easement must be provided for a 66 foot service road 75 feet from the <br /> center of Highway 47. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion. by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Mickelson to'allow a subdivision <br />into a ten acre parcel, legal description: All that part of Lots l'and 2, <br />AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NUMBER 27, Anoka County, Minnesota lying West of the East <br />30 Acres of said Lot 1, and Northeasterly of a line drawn form the Southeast~corner <br />of said Lot 2 to a point on the Northwesterly line of said Lot 2 distant <br />540.52 feet Northeast of the Southwest corner of said Lot 2. Containing 10.000 Acres. <br />Subject to the rights of the public in and to State Trunk Highway No. 47. Subject <br />to an easement to the Anoka County Cooperative Light and Power Association as <br />recorded, in Book 174, Page 261 as Document No. 99354; and su]Sject to the following: <br /> <br /> -9- <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br /> 6/11/79 <br /> <br /> <br />
