He also <br />informed the Council of some of the more difficult tasks she performs. <br />The job title would also enable her to perform duties normally requiring <br />his attention in his absence. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to adopt the position of Deputy Clerk for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, <br />Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to appoint Sheila Beyer to the position of Ramsey City Deputy Clerk <br />effective October 20, 1981 with no change in salary until January 1, 1982. <br /> <br />Discussion: Councilmember Reimann stated they were just appointing Sheila <br />Beyer with this motion and not setting a salary. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, <br />Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox.
