(Please refer to City Hall Activ- <br />ity 101-4094 Line Item 1198, pages27 & 28.) <br /> <br />Council Action: No action will be necessary. However, you may <br />want to get moving on this issue. According t~ the letter from <br />North Central Public Service, which is contained in the Letters and <br />Communications section of this agenda, energy costs are going up <br />again. <br /> <br />PROPOSED LAND USE ZONING OF GENERAL MILLS PROPERTY IN RAMSEY: <br /> <br />I met with Mr. Latvaaho, General Mills Representative, at 10:30 a.m. <br />on Monday, October 5, 1981 at the Ramsey Municipal Center regarding <br />their property and type of zoning they would like to eventually have <br />on it. They are most concerned about the type of zoning our Compre- <br />hensive Plan currently reflects which is R-1. They don't want it <br />shown as such for a number of reasons. <br /> <br />Comments: What they will be asking the Ramsey City Council for is a <br />proposed zoning designation for their land which would provide for <br />the following categories: <br /> <br /> b)c) Residential Industrial ///,~//'~?/ <br />Currently, the City of Ramsey has not gotten into this type of zoning. ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
