Also, based on street <br />elevations, it would appear that the low area-on Xkimo Street could be drained <br />into this lot providing it was economically feasible. <br /> <br />Therefore, we would recommend that the City accept this lot as a drainage deten- <br />tion pond until permanent storm drainage facilities are installed. We would also <br />recommend if the City accepts the lot, that they regradeit so it will be easier <br />to maintain and so it could also be used for recretional purposes. <br /> <br />We will be present at your October 27, 1981 council meeting to discuss and answer <br />any questions you may have. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />CONSULTING ENGINEERS DIVERSIFIED, INC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
