I I I I I I I i I i I I I I I RESOLUTION #81- / ' RESOLUTION DESIGNATING USE OF FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY'S 1982 BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka county, State of Minnesota did on October 27, 1981, conduct a public hearing on the proposed use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds in the amount of $83,000 in accordance with Federal, State and Local Laws. WItEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota did on November 27, 1981, conduct a budget hearing on the proposed use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds in the amount of $83,000 in accordance with Federal, State and Local Laws. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota had for public review at this meeting the proposed Federal Revenue Sharing Budget and proposed 1982 City of Ramsey Operational Budget. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) It is hereby directed that Federal Revenue Sharing Funds will be bodgeted as follows: a) Ramsey Municipal Center Activity 101-4094 1) Capital Outlay - Line Item 1502 Remodeling Community Room $ 2) Capital Outlay - Line Item 1512 Solar Heating Unit $ b) Street Maintenance Activity 101-4212 1) Capital Outlay - Line Item 1510 Purchase of 2) It is directed that a copy of this resolution be published in the official newspaper. Further that the City's Budget for 1982 show- ing use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds is available for their review at the Ramsey Municipal Center. 3) It is further directed that this resolution be made a part of the City of Ramsey's Operational Budget for 1982.
