Therefore, the easement between Lots 1 and 2 of <br />Block I would not be utilized at the present time. <br /> <br />Therefore, we would recommend that the easement between Lots i and 2, Block I be <br />reduced from 20 feet to 10 feet and the easement between Lots 2 and 3 be increased <br />from 10 feet to 20 feet. <br /> <br />If you have any further questions in regard to the plat, please let us know.' <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />CONSULTING ENGINEERS DIVERSIFIED, INC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
