Shenk has ~ready sold this parcel to a gentle~ <br />;:..: property to store cars ~d plus to constmct a build~g ~d operate a car <br />~...t sales b~ess on ~is parcel ~ ~e ~mre. <br /> <br />· ': ~mcil~ ~m question~ if a car sales if ~e best use for'~e properW <br />:~ ~d if it would add to traffic problem. <br /> <br />Mr. Kyyhkynen said it is compatible to anything else being sold in that <br />vicinity at present. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec mentioned the fact that some easement should be provided in the <br />front and/or back for a future service road since other parcels along Highway <br />10 have been required to dedicate such easements. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox asked Mr. K~en to comment in regard to Mr. Shenk not being <br />aware of the City's subdivision ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. KyThkynen said Mr. Shenk wasn't aware of the subdivision ordinance and that <br />a year ago he sold a pie.ce of his property to Mr. Kovar without going through <br />the subdivision process. <br /> ' <br />Councilman. Cox reported that at the time of the Kovar incident, Mr. Shenk was <br />informed at that time of the City's subdivision POlicy. It was suggested to <br />him then that for his own benefit, he might want to go ahead and provide a <br /> <br /> <br />
