I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Board of Adjust- <br />ment will conduct a public hearing at 7:35 P.M. on October 27, 1981 in the <br />Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of said hearing is to consider the application of <br />Mr. Ronald Skovly for a variance to Section 170.0151(6) VIII 4 of the <br />City Code such that the applicant be permitted to construct an accessory <br />structure nearer the front lot line than the principal structure on the <br />following described property, to wit: <br /> <br />Plat 89870 Parcel 0290 <br />Commonly known as 8453 - 176th Lane N.W. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend and be heard at <br />the hearing.
