Item #5 listed in the agreement to be entered into between <br />the City of Ramsey and Mr. Weisenburger, should be deleted and in it's <br />place state that a building permit be purchased, before construction, <br />for the complete project (including house and garage). <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />approve of Mr. Weisenburger's request to construct a storage pole <br />building of 1,200 square feet on Lot 1, Block 1, Alpaca Estates. <br />Further, the Council authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />sign the agreement between Mr. Weisenburger and the City of Ramsey <br />upon changing Item #5 to state that Mr. Weisenburger purchase a building <br />permit before construction, for the complete project (including house <br />and garage). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2 <br /> <br />Request to Construct an Accessory Building on a Separate <br />Parcel of Land Which is Adjacent to a Parcel of-LandWhere <br />the Principle Structure is Located; Case of Mr. Larry Milless: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Mayor Gamec to <br />approve of Mr. Milless' request to construct a storage building in <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment <br /> October 13, 1981 <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
