PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> CITY OF RA~ISEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Special Council Meeting was called to order by Mayor Gamec at the <br />Ramsey~nicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />at 7:24 P.M., October 14, 1981. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Reimann <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />Building Official Berg <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox <br />Councilmember Van Wagner <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />rI~e Council Meeting was adjourned to hold the following Public Hearings: <br /> <br />1) Improvement Project #81-4 <br />2) Improvement Project #81-6 <br />3) Improvement Project #81-9 <br />4) Improvement Project #81-10 <br />5) Improvement Project #81-19 <br />6) In~rovement Project #81-20 <br /> <br />The Public Hearings adjourned at 8:20 P.M. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the Council ~leeting back to order at 8:25 P.M. <br /> <br />Council recessed-at 8:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the Council Meeting back to order at 8:47 P.M. <br /> <br />D-2 COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution Adopting Assessments for Street Improvement <br />Project #81-4 (152nd Lane NW, 152nd Avenue NW, 151st Lane NW, 151st <br />Avenue NW, 150th Lane NW, Uranimite Street NW, Rhinestone Street NW): <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann <br />to adopt Resolution #81-166 , Adopting Assessments for Street Improvement <br />Project #81-4. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #81-166.) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg and <br />Reimann. Voting No: None.
