However, on March 26, 1981, the City of Ramsey received the attached <br />letter from Governor A1Quie stating that the 1980 Census results became official <br />for Minnesota on March 25, 1981. According to the 1980 Census Ramsey's population <br />is 10,093 compared to 6,517 shown on page 49 of the 1981 Municipal State Aid Needs <br />Report. <br /> <br />Please review and correct the population figures at the fall Screening Committee <br />meeting, so they conform to the 1980 Census. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />CONSULTING ENGINEERS DIVERSIFIED, INC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
