CASE #2: CASE #3: I CASE #4: I I I ACCEPTANCE OF LOT 6, BLOCK 2, GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES, FROM MR. GARY GORHAM: Background Information: At the October 13, 198]. Council meeting, Council tabled this issue for a second time and requested that the City Engineer submit a report on the feasibility of the City accept- ing this lot. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-b) contains the City En- gineer's report on the subject matter. Council Action: The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration in this case: Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to accept the title of Lot 6, Block 2, Gorham's Sahdy Acres Estates from Mr. Gary Gorham. Further, that the City Attorney prepare the~necessary legal work for fee title to the above said property. (If Council does not want to accept the above parcel of land, the motion here .shoUld state why.) Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no . ENGINEERING PRICE QUOTES ON PAVING-CITY HALL'LOWER PARKING AREA; This case was before Council on October 13, 1981 and tabled until price quotes could be obtained for the paving of City Hall's lower parking area. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-c) contains price quotes to do the above stated project. Council Action: Your action will be to accept/not accept/table the price quotes. The following motion is submitted for your considera- tion in acting on this case. (Please refer to enclosure (D2-c) for resolution you will need to adopt.): Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to adopt Resolution ~81- , accepting/not accepting/ tabling the price quotes on paving City Hall's lower parking lot.
