Form of Notice of Public Hearing <br />2. Preliminary Resolution Approving the Project after <br /> Public Hearing <br />3. Application to the Commissioner of Securities and <br /> Real Estate <br />4. Briggs and Morgan's Preliminary Legal Opinion <br />5. Draft of the transmittal letter from the City to <br /> the Commissioner of Securities and Real Estate <br />6. Feasibility Letter <br />7. Draft of the Letter from YR Sharp, Inc. Requesting <br /> the Issuance of the Bonds by the City <br /> <br /> These documents make up the preliminary packet which <br />should be on file and available for review by interested parties <br />at the City Hall in Ramsey upon receipt of this letter until the <br />date of the public hearing on the project. <br /> <br /> I sent the Notice of Public Hearing to the Anoka County <br />Union for publication on October 9, 1981. I requested that the <br />bill for publication be sent to Dennis Sharp. It is our under- <br />standing that the Preliminary Resolution Approving the Project <br /> <br /> <br />
