Now she wants to prepare and sell pizza <br /> through this same license. However, there is a problem in that the <br /> home occupation permit allows for her to take orders over the phone, <br /> but the preparing of the pizzas in her vendor vehicle which she intends <br /> to do is not covered in the home occupation ordinanc'e as it is not the <br />principle structure on the property. As you are aware, our code requires <br />that all activities .relating to a home Occupation be carried on within <br />the principle structure of the residence. It is therefore the Staff's <br />interpretation that a home occupation permit is required. <br /> <br /> Council Action: Your action would be either to allow the hpplicant to <br /> expand and prepare pizza in the vehicle based on the vendors permit pre- <br /> viously issued, or to accept Staff's i~terpretation and require the ap- <br /> plicant to obtain a home occupation permit and therefore commence the <br /> home occupation procesS. <br /> <br />CASE #5: SUBDIVISION BY METES AND BOUNDS, REQUEST FOR; CASE OF MR. PAUL CHICOINE: <br /> <br /> Chicoine wants to split away a 2% acre 10t from a 40 acre parcel <br />by metes and bounds. The zoning on this parcel.is Urban Conservation <br />which is meant for low density residential because of the nature of the <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of a metes <br />and bOunds subdivision.
