I CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH <br />I DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE <br /> <br />I CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />i This Agreement between Mal Weisenberg, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" and <br /> the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City" entered into this day <br /> of October 1981. <br /> <br />I and Purpose <br /> I~nte~n_t <br /> <br /> To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are <br />I understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant complies fully <br /> with conditions and time frames as established by this Agreement and plans and spec- <br /> ifications as submitted by the Applicant to construct an accessory building of 1,200 <br />I square feet prior to the construction of his principle structure. <br /> I~cation of Property: <br /> <br />I property legally as Lot 1, 1, Alpaca Estates. <br /> The <br /> is <br /> described <br /> Block <br /> <br /> Zoning - ~]e zoning of said property is R-l, Residential. <br />I Conditions of Agreement: <br /> <br />I ~ 1) That the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to complete his <br /> construction. <br /> i ~%~, ~ 2) That the Applicant's construction shall be compatible to the principle <br />I structure. <br /> <br /> ~ 3) That the Applicant shall use this structure for the storage of personal <br />I property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall <br /> be permitted in said structure. <br />I ~~ iThat the Applicant shall construct the principle structure in the 1982cOnstructiOn season. <br />I ~hat failure on ~e part of~%the Appl~t to con~9~r~uct his/~inci~ <br /> ~~2 h~l~~ce~the l~~ate r~o~ ~h~ac~ory <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />I APPLICANT: <br /> <br />That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of this Agreement and <br />that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing prior <br />to the issuance of his permit. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Date Signed: <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br />Date Signed: <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Title: Mayor <br /> <br />Title: City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
