I CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH I DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE I CITY OF RAMSEY i This Agreement between Mal Weisenberg, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City" entered into this day of October 1981. I and Purpose I~nte~n_t To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are I understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant complies fully with conditions and time frames as established by this Agreement and plans and spec- ifications as submitted by the Applicant to construct an accessory building of 1,200 I square feet prior to the construction of his principle structure. I~cation of Property: I property legally as Lot 1, 1, Alpaca Estates. The is described Block Zoning - ~]e zoning of said property is R-l, Residential. I Conditions of Agreement: I ~ 1) That the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to complete his construction. i ~%~, ~ 2) That the Applicant's construction shall be compatible to the principle I structure. ~ 3) That the Applicant shall use this structure for the storage of personal I property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure.
