I I I I I I I I I I I I I I '1 CITY OF RAMSE~ AGREemENT TO GUARANTEE C[~PLIANCE WITH DEVELOP~ENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY This Agreement between Larry Milless, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City" entered into this day of October 1981. Intent and Purpose To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey are understood between the Applicant and the City and that the Applicant complies fully with conditions and time frames as established by this Agreement and plans and spec- ificatJons as submitted by the Applicant to construct an accessory building of 1,920 square feet. The property is located just south of the junctions of County Road #56 and County #116 known as 14550 Ramsey Blvd. NW. Zoning - The zoning of said property is I-l, Industrial. Conditions of Agreement: 1) That the Applicant shall acquire all necessary permits to complete his construction. 2) That the Applicant's construction shall be compatible to the principle structure. - ~ ".~, 3) That the Applicant shall use this structure for the storage of personal property and that no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. 4) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of this Agreement and that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing prior to the issuance of his permit.
