Members Absent Mayor Camec and Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />3) 1982 MSA Fonds <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka informed the City Council that the City would have <br />to reqoest an advance encumbrance of the 1982 MSA funds to cover additional <br />costs for construction in the amount of $8,332.92. <br /> <br />Motion by Cooncilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt Resolution #81-150 requesting advance encumbrance of the 1982 MSA <br />Funds to cover additional costs in the amount of $8,332.92 from the De- <br />partment of Transportation, State of Minnesota. (Please refer to reso- <br />lution fie] for Resolution #81-150.) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. <br />Voting no None. Members Absent Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT - REGARDING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND DRAINAGE <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich gave the following report which wasn't on the Council <br />agenda. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich has received 8 out of 35 deeds for easements. He will <br />start offering market value to all 35 deed holders. <br /> <br />D-5 BILLS FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />pay the bills with the exception of Allied Blacktop's bill for sealcoating <br />in the amount of $33,655.74. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. <br />Voting no None. Members Absent Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />pay the registration fee in the amount of $6.00 for Mr. Lloyd Schnelle to <br />attend the Regional Meeting of the Minnesota League of Small Cities to be <br />held in Shakopee. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
