The purposes of the meeting will be: 1. An in depth presentation from MARC regarding the identification of key issues in the evaluation of the three proposals. 2. A general overview of the three proposals. 3. A discussion of general topics in the proposals you should especially note so that you may more effec- tively read and analyze the proposals which you have received. 4. A general discussion of the time table for the remainder of the evaluation period. The meeting will be very important, but will be a bit more lengthy (at least three hours long) than those to which we have become accustomed. The good news, however, is ,that after the meeting you should more effectively and efficiently be able to review your proposals. In other words, the time spent at the meeting will be translated into your need to spend less time trying to understand the proposals. Hopefully we will have light snacks at the meeting, but you may want to grab a bite to eat before the meeting due to its starting time and anticipated length. Prior to this meeting your consultants will have had a chance to communicate to applicants any questions we might have regarding any particular proposal.
