The windows have <br />all been repaired however, we have been advised that we should not remove <br />the plywood until such time as the home can be occupied. <br /> <br /> We realize that the property is not in desirable condition however'~this <br />seems to be the situation in the case of foreclosure as they are quite len~hly <br />in duration. A title problem still exists and until the legal process has <br />been completed and the Bank is assured of marketable title, funds cannot be <br />expended for the purpose of rennovation.
