I I I I I I I I I I I Motion by Co~mcilmember Van Wagner, seconded by Councilmember Reimann, to order a public hearing regarding Revenue Sharing with the following designated as possible ~mes for revenue monies: 1. Water Truck 2. 4-~]eel Drive Truck 3. Tractor/Blower/Broom 4. Solar tleat for Municipal Center 5. Finishing of Lower Level of Municipal Center Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Rei~mnn and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox. ~yor Gamec called for any £urther discussion. Cou]~c~]member Sorteberg - We should discuss the Deputy Clerk position. Co~mcilmember Reimann - We made the recommendation to adopt Deputy Clerk posit-ion in order to insure another authorized signature to be available J_n the event of Lloyd Schnelle's absence. Mr. Schnelle - Sheila Beyers is doing a lot more than is required of a secretary. Council is not m~are of the amount and quality of work being turned out by the City Office. Mayor Gmnec - I feel one of the best things about our City Office is that we have people who overlap their jobs and work together. I am not disputing the pay raise, but should we create a Deputy Clerk position. Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner, seconded by Councilmember Reimann, to adjourn the Special Council Meeting. Motion carried. Voting Y~s: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox.
