Water Truck <br />2. 4-~]eel Drive Truck <br />3. Tractor/Blower/Broom <br />4. Solar tleat for Municipal Center <br />5. Finishing of Lower Level of Municipal Center <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Rei~mnn and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />~yor Gamec called for any £urther discussion. <br /> <br />Cou]~c~]member Sorteberg - We should discuss the Deputy Clerk position. <br /> <br />Co~mcilmember Reimann - We made the recommendation to adopt Deputy Clerk <br />posit-ion in order to insure another authorized signature to be available <br />J_n the event of Lloyd Schnelle's absence. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle - Sheila Beyers is doing a lot more than is required of a <br />secretary. Council is not m~are of the amount and quality of work being <br />turned out by the City Office. <br /> <br />Mayor Gmnec - I feel one of the best things about our City Office is that <br />we have people who overlap their jobs and work together. I am not <br />disputing the pay raise, but should we create a Deputy Clerk position. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner, seconded by Councilmember Reimann, to <br />adjourn the Special Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Y~s: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, and Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
