The <br />bid amounted to $7,280 based on 2,600 square yards at $2.80/SY. This <br />bid was tabled at your last Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to accept/reject the bid to pave <br />the lower level parking lot. The following motion is hereby submitted <br />for your consideration regarding this case: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember <br /> to adopt Resolution #81- , accepting/rejecting bids <br />to pave the lower level parking area and driveway. Voting yes <br /> Voting no <br /> <br />CASE #8: PROPOSED ZONING OF GENERAL MILLS PROPERTY IN CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br /> I met with Mr. Latvaaho, General Mills Representative, at 10:30 <br /> a.m. <br /> on Monday, October 5, 1981 at the Ramsey Municipal Center regarding <br /> their property and type of zoning they would like to eventually have on <br /> it. They are most concerned about the type of zoning our Comprehensive <br /> Plan currently reflects which is R-1. They don't want it shown as such <br /> for a number of reasons. <br /> <br /> Comments: What they will be asking the Ramsey City Council for is a <br /> proposed Zoning designation for their land which would provide for the <br /> following categories: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />a) Commercial <br />b) Industrial <br />c) Residential <br /> <br />Currently, the City of Ramsey has not gotten into this type of zoning. <br /> <br />Mr. Latvaaho will be here to discuss this with the City Council.
