9501 173rd Ave. N.W.
Anoka, Minnesota 55303
October 14, 1981

City of Ramsey
Anoka County
State of Minnesota

To: Lloyd G. Schenelle
City Administrator/Clerk

We, the o~mers, of Parcel #89206-6200 object to being included
in the assessment of Improvement Project No. 81-19 and wish to
appeal for the following reasons:

1. The black topping of the streets in the Hag~n Addition
Development is attempting to involve an independent
farmer-landowner on their project.

2. The blacktop does not include any of our Green Acres
property. The blacktop is ¼ mile from our home driveway.

3- Discrimination!. The blacktop is said to increase the value
of our property, then it will also increase the property
value of the ll property owners'on Bgugh between 169th
and 173rd. These owners are not being assessed as we are.

4. The property owners on Baugh between 169th and 173rd have
no other access to County Road 83 other then to pass unto
173rd Ave. first. Therefore they are using 173rd Ave. and
not being assessed for it.

5- If these 11 property owners~are not being assessed for
this improvement project, then we will not be included either.

Sincerely,
