I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby g~ven that the Ramsey City Council will meet at <br />7:20 P.M. on October 14, 1981, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, to pass upon the proposed assessment for the <br />improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 18Oth Lane between the line of Krypton Street N.W. and <br />St. Francis Blvd. (State Highway #47) <br /> <br />b) 180th Lane between the line of Erkium Street N.W. east <br />to its end. <br /> <br />c) 180th Avenue N.W. between the line of ~unkite Street N.W. <br />east to its end. <br /> <br />d) Krypton Street N.W. between the line of 180th Lane N.W. <br />south to its end. <br /> <br />e) Junkite Street N.W. between the line of County State <br />Highway #7 and 18Oth Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />f) Iodine Street N.W. between the line of County State High- <br />way #7 and St. Francis Blvd. (State Highway #47) <br /> <br />g) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of County State <br />Highway #7 and 18Oth Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />h) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of County State <br />Highway #7 and 18Oth Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />i) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of County State High- <br />way #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />j) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of 180th Avenue N.W. <br />north to the City limits of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at my <br />office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting, but <br />the council will consider any objections to the amount of a proposed indivi- <br />dual assessment at an adjourned meeting upon such further notice to the <br />affected property owners as it deems advisable. <br /> <br /> An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 429.O81 by serving notice of the appeal upon <br />the mayor or clerk of the city within 30 days after the adoption of the <br /> <br /> <br />
