I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby g~ven that the Ramsey City Council will meet at 7:20 P.M. on October 14, 1981, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, to pass upon the proposed assessment for the improvement of the following streets: a) 18Oth Lane between the line of Krypton Street N.W. and St. Francis Blvd. (State Highway #47) b) 180th Lane between the line of Erkium Street N.W. east to its end. c) 180th Avenue N.W. between the line of ~unkite Street N.W. east to its end. d) Krypton Street N.W. between the line of 180th Lane N.W. south to its end. e) Junkite Street N.W. between the line of County State Highway #7 and 18Oth Avenue N.W. f) Iodine Street N.W. between the line of County State High- way #7 and St. Francis Blvd. (State Highway #47) g) Germanium Street N.W. between the line of County State Highway #7 and 18Oth Avenue N.W. h) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of County State Highway #7 and 18Oth Avenue N.W. i) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of County State High- way #7 and 180th Avenue N.W. j) Erkium Street N.W. between the line of 180th Avenue N.W. north to the City limits of Ramsey. The proposed assessment is on file for public inspection at my office. Written or oral objections will be considered at the meeting, but the council will consider any objections to the amount of a proposed indivi- dual assessment at an adjourned meeting upon such further notice to the affected property owners as it deems advisable. An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.O81 by serving notice of the appeal upon the mayor or clerk of the city within 30 days after the adoption of the
