Mayor Gamec led in the Pledge of Allegiance to <br />the Flag. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was adjourned at 7:33 P~M. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />A Public Hearing was-called to order by-Mayor Gamec at 7;34 p,M, regarding <br />Improvement Project #80-~5~ Public Hearing adjourned at 7~52 <br /> <br />A Public Hearing was' called to order by Mayor Gamec at 7:53 P,M~ regarding <br />Improvement Project #8a~16, Public Hearing adjourned at 8~02 p,M, <br /> <br />A Public Hearing was called to order by M~yor Gamec. ~t '8:02 P.M. regarding <br />Improvement Project #80~17~ 'Public Hearing adjourned ~t 8:35 P.M~ <br /> <br />The regular Council Meeting was called back to .order at 8:36 P.M, by Mayor <br />Game~. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Ben Deemer approached the CounCil rest~t~g~hi.S request for building <br />permit pri~r to completion of platting requirement~ He. stated that the <br />Class 5 requirement would be completed concurrently ~i~h. the construction <br />of the home. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner~ seconded by Councilmember So~tebqrg, to <br />adopt Resolution #81-,127 to approve of a variance to Mr~ Ben Deeme~ fo~ <br />a building permit to be issued prior to the Class 5 being placed on the <br />street in Pondvale Estate.
