-I ,I Councilperson its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for RESOLUTION #81- RESOLUTION TO (NOT) DELETE ASSESSMENT REGARDING STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #80-15; CASE OF MR. SCOTT GOLDEN, 17645 BAUGH STREET NW (PLAT 89206, PARCEL 7800): WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Scott Golden stated at the puLlic hearing held on September 8, 1981, which was held to adopt the special assessments for Public Improvement Project #80-15 (bituminous surfacing of streets) that they should not be assessed for two units, as was adopted by the City of Ramsey's Resolution ~81- , and WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota did, at its regular Council meeting on September 8, 1981, direct City Staff to prepare a Findings of Fact regarding the legality of assessing Plat 89206, Parcel 7800 with two (2) assessment units in the amount of $3,197.54, and WHEREAS, the City Staff did submit a Findings of Fact to the City Council at their regular meeting of September 22, 1981, and WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minne- sota did adopt the Findings of Fact on September 225 1981, and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the two (2) unit assessments in the amount of $3,197.54 levied against Plat 89206, Parcel 7800 (not bedeleted, based on the adoption of the Findings.of Fact) or' (be changed to'~ unit[s)to be assessed in the amount of'$?'?.''~!~,~J~!7 , based on the adoption of the Findings of Fact) or (be deleted in its entirety, based on the adopted Findings of Fact). 2) That the above deleted assessments in the amount of'$'~[".i: ['I'~.~: ~ will become the City's share of costs. (This paragraph Will be used if any portion of the special assessments are deleted.) 3) It is directed that this parcel be recorded in the 'County Register of Deeds Office as an unbuildable lot, based on the adopted Findings-.~f Fact. (_This pamag-~aph will be used if council deletes a special assessment and then so directs that this be accomplished.) 4) It is further directed that the following Administrative action be taken on this case: a) That the City Accountant be furnished a copy of this resolution so that appropriate action'may be taken in the accounting and assessment records. ~/ b) That a certified copy of the City Council motion adopting the Findings of Fact and a.copy of the~Findings of Fact be attached to this resolution as enclosUre (a). c) That a copy of this resolUtion'and all enclosures be filed in Improvement Project #80-15's file. d) That Mm. Scott Golden, 17645 Baugh Street NW, be furnished a cer- tified copy of this resolution'and all enclosures.
