' ANOKA MINN 55~05 irecipient government assures Ihat it will: I (1) Estabfish a trust fund and deposit aH revenue sharing funds received ~n that trust fund according to I regulations prescribed by lhe Office of Revenue Sharing. (2) Use revenue iharing funds.wHhin a reasonable time {twoyears from the end of each entitlement period) I according to regulations prescribed by the Office of Revenue Sharing. . I ' (3) Not.use entitlement funds for lobbying purposes. {4) Provide for the expenditure of revenue sharing funds in accordance with the laws and procedures applicable to the expenditure of ~ts own revenues. Thru provision does not apply to an emplgyee or.employe~s in any program catego~ who are being paid in whole or in pad with · general revenue snaring ~unos umess 25 percent or more of the total wages paid to all employees in that catego~ are paid from revenue sharing funds.
