(County <br /> Road No. 83) and 176th Avenue N.W.) <br /> <br />b) 176th Avenue N.W. lying between Baugh Street N.W. (County <br /> Road No. 83) and Marmoset Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) 176th Lane N.W. lying between Okapi Street N.W. and <br /> Marmoset Street N.W. <br /> <br />d) Xerus Street N.W. lying between 175th Lane N.Wo and <br /> l?6th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />e) Wolverine Street N.W. lying between 173rd Avenue N.W. <br /> (County Road No. 83) and 175th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />Vicuna Street N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of 176th <br />Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />g) Unicorn Street N.W. lying between 173rd Avenue N.W. <br /> (County Road no. 83) and 176th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Rabbit Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 175th <br />Lane N.W. <br /> <br />i) Okapi Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. and <br /> 176th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />j) Marmoset Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. <br /> and i76th ~Lane N.W. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special <br />assessment against the lands named therein and each tract of land therein <br />included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the <br />amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br /> 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal installments ex- <br />tending over a period of ten years, the first of the installments to be <br />payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1982 and shall bear in- <br />terest at the rate of nine (9) per cent annum from the date of the adoption <br /> <br /> <br />
