I I I I '1 I I I I I I i I I I I I I RESOLUTION #81- RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by ]aw, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the improvement of the following streets: a) 175tb Lane N.W. lying between Baugh Street N.W. (County Road No. 83) and 176th Avenue N.W.) b) 176th Avenue N.W. lying between Baugh Street N.W. (County Road No. 83) and Marmoset Street N.W. c) 176th Lane N.W. lying between Okapi Street N.W. and Marmoset Street N.W. d) Xerus Street N.W. lying between 175th Lane N.Wo and l?6th Avenue N.W. e) Wolverine Street N.W. lying between 173rd Avenue N.W. (County Road No. 83) and 175th Lane N.W. f) Vicuna Street N.W. lying in the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of 176th Avenue N.W. g) Unicorn Street N.W. lying between 173rd Avenue N.W. (County Road no. 83) and 176th Avenue N.W. b) Rabbit Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, lying South of 175th Lane N.W. i) Okapi Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. and 176th Lane N.W. j) Marmoset Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. and i76th ~Lane N.W. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY~ STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein and each tract of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal installments ex- tending over a period of ten years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1982 and shall bear in- terest at the rate of nine (9) per cent annum from the date of the adoption
