2. The annual license for a special Sunday "on sale" <br /> icense shall be as provided in Chapter 130.0110. <br /> <br /> 3. Thc ann-al license fee shall be paid in full before <br />the application for a license is accepted. All fees shall be paid <br />into the fund of the All licenses <br /> general <br /> city. <br /> shall <br /> expire <br /> on <br />the last day of June of each year. Upon rejection of any applica- <br />tion for a ]icense, or npon withdrawal of application before <br /> <br />approval of the issuance by the city council, the license fee shall be <br />refunded to the applicant. <br /> <br /> 4. The f~;e for an "on sa]e" license granted after the com- <br />mencement of the license year shal] be prorated on a monthly basis. <br /> <br /> 5. Whcn the license is for a premises where the building <br />Iis for the time fixed for of the <br /> not] <br /> ready <br /> occupancy, <br /> computation <br /> license fee for the initial license period shall be ninety (90) days <br /> after approval of the license by the city council or upon the date <br />Ithe building is ready for occupancy, whichever is sooner. <br /> <br /> 6. No part of the fee paid for any license issue,d under <br />Ithis chapter shall be refunded except in the following instamces <br />upon application to the council within thirty (30) days from the <br />happening of the event. The coun.~.il may in its judgment refund a <br /> <br />ipro rata portJon of the fee for the unexpired period of the 'license, <br />computed on a monthly basis, when operation of the licensed business <br />ceases not ]ess than one (1) month before expiration of the license <br />because of: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />a. Destruction or damage of the licensed premises by <br /> fire or other catastrophe; <br />b. A change in the legal status of the municipality <br /> making it unlawful for a licensed business to con- <br /> tinue; <br />c. The death of. the licensee, managing partner, or <br /> managing officer of the licensee. <br /> <br /> 7. At the time of each original application for a license, <br />except in the case of an "on sale" club license, the applicant shall <br />pay in full to the city clerk an investigating fee as established from <br />time to time by city council resolution. No investigating fee shall <br />be refunded. <br /> <br /> 8. At any time that an additional investigation is required <br />because of a change in the ownership or control of a corporation or <br />because of an enlargement, alteration, or extension of premises prev- <br />iously licensed, the licensee shall pay an additional investigating <br />fee in an amount as established from time to time by city council <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> 9. ~mre a new application is filed as a result of incor- <br />Iporation by an existing licensee and the ownership, .control and <br />interest in the license are unchanged, no additional license fee <br />will be reqnired. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
