CASE [/2: DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTSAND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS: The following is submitted for Council information and direction: a) WALTEC, INC. - They have signed the necessary agreements but never provided the bond as required and have not ~ done any of the site work as specified in the agreement / ~b) Morrell TrUcking - Mr Morrell still has most of the .J~ . exterior work on the building plus the landscaping to ~~~ complete. He has indicated that he will be approaching Council about requesting a variance from the blacktopping until a later date.
