City <br />Attorney Goodrich replied that the City of Ramsey will send copies of <br />wpdated ordinance to all service stations in P~msey and those stations <br />have until June of 1982 to comply. Councilm~n Cox stated that owners <br />of existing stations ~should have had a say in this matter, but he also <br />feels that all stations should have to comply with this ordinance if <br />approved. '-: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve <br />the adoption of Ordirmnce #81-5 requiring se~nzice stations to provide <br />compressed air for customers. Further that the said ordinance be <br />publiched in the official newspaper. Please refer to City Ordinances <br />for ordinance. Further Discussion: Councilman Sorteberg asked if~ <br />hand pmnps qualified. Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Cox and Van Wagner.
