I will address this item'verbally. <br /> <br />PROPERTY SUBDIVISION - PELTZER, 14~30 RAMSEY BLVD,: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-n) contains the Building Official's report <br />on a lot that does not meet City Code requirements. Con- <br />sequently, as pointed out in Clayton's~memo, Council should <br />set this up for a public hearing if Mr. Peltzer wants to put <br />a house on it. <br /> <br />Council Action: Youm action will be to refer it to a public <br />hearing which would be held by the Planning and Zoning Commi- <br />ssion. Further, you would definitely need a Findings of Fact <br />on this case.
