Jarnes 14146 Alpaca Anoka, Minnesota 55303 Re: Estates Alpaca Dear Mr. Jarnes: We have recently inspected the above referenced plat and find that the following work has not been completed to city standards: 1. Street signs have not been installed. i2. Gravel has not been graded to match the edge of the rural cross section bituminous streets. Backfilling against the bituminous berm has not been completed at the intersections of Riverdale Road and Armstrong Boulevard and Riverdale Road and Alpaca Street N.W. There are two bird baths in the bituminous where water ponds. One is on the northerly side of Riverdale Road at Alpaca Street and the other is on the southerly side of Riverdale Road at Armstrong Boulevard. 5. I Yours truly, The bituminous is thin and cracking on the south edge of 142nd Avenue N.W. in front of Lot 3, Block 3. Following completion of the items listed above the City can release the performance bond with the exception of $30,000 bonded for future signalization provided a mainten- ance bond is posted. The amount of maintenance bond required is $5,000 per street mile or any fraction of a mile as stated in Article 170.03915 of the City Code~ ' For~ Alpaca Estates and Alpaca Estates Second Addition the maintenance bond amount is $10,000.
