Street signs have not been installed. <br /> <br />i2. <br /> <br />Gravel has not been graded to match the edge of the rural cross section bituminous <br />streets. <br /> <br />Backfilling against the bituminous berm has not been completed at the intersections <br />of Riverdale Road and Armstrong Boulevard and Riverdale Road and Alpaca Street N.W. <br /> <br />There are two bird baths in the bituminous where water ponds. One is on the <br />northerly side of Riverdale Road at Alpaca Street and the other is on the <br />southerly side of Riverdale Road at Armstrong Boulevard. <br /> <br /> 5. <br /> <br />I Yours truly, <br /> <br /> The bituminous is thin and cracking on the south edge of 142nd Avenue N.W. in <br /> front of Lot 3, Block 3. <br /> <br />Following completion of the items listed above the City can release the performance <br />bond with the exception of $30,000 bonded for future signalization provided a mainten- <br />ance bond is posted. The amount of maintenance bond required is $5,000 per street <br />mile or any fraction of a mile as stated in Article 170.03915 of the City Code~ ' For~ <br />Alpaca Estates and Alpaca Estates Second Addition the maintenance bond amount is $10,000. <br /> <br />If you have any questions in regard to the project, please let us know. <br /> <br />CONSULTING ENGINEERS DIVERSIFIED, INC, <br /> <br /> Peter R.
