As you are no doubt aware, the City <br />is improving the streets in your area through blacktopping. As a <br />part of'this pmoject, the'City needs to acquire cer%ain dmainage <br />easements for'storm water'drainage.' In addition, the City would like <br />to acquire for'possible future Use, a utility easement over the same <br />property. <br /> <br />Your property is in an area where the City has determined easements <br />are needed~ For'that purpose, I am enclosing a survey which shows <br />the'Proposed easement location~ Also enclosed is a quit claim deed <br />whidh the'City would like ~ou to 'sign and retum. <br /> <br />Please note'this easement is perpetual or permanent. You would be <br />unable to build on the'easement, but virtually every other type use <br />would'be permissible.' At thi~ time, no construction on your property <br />is anticipated'in or'er' to facilitate the dmainage.
