See Schedule E for explanation) This special levy is for the. bonded indebtedness portion of any payments made to another political subdivision of the state. Exqmples: Allowable Debt portion of Metropolitan Waste Control Commission billings, including payments on deferred charges for reserve capacity. The debt portion of payments made to the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District. Schedule I' DECREASED MOBILE HOME TAX This is a special levy for ~he decrease in mobile home tax receipts in 1981 from the amount of the 1971 mobile homes tax distribution. Your 1971 Mobile Homes Tax Distribution has been entered if you previously claimed this special levy. The 1981 Mobile Home Tax should be available through your county auditor. Schedule J: AUDITOR'S ERROR OF OMISSION If the county auditor through error or inadvertence omitted part of your levy in any year since payable 1972, and you have not previously levied to correct that error, a special levy is available for the part of the error which does not exceed the amount by which you were under your levy limit for the year in which the error occured. That is, only $3,000 of a $10,000 error in your 1980 levy would be allowed if in payable 1981 your levy of $97,000 was $3,000 less than your levy limit of $100,000. The amount of this special levy, when included in your levy for the levy year of the error, should not exceed any other applicable limitation imposed by statute, special act, or charter provi, sion.
