CASE CASE TRAFFIC CONTROL AT 180TH AVENUE AND IODINE STREET NW: This case was before Council on July 28, 1981 (Please refer to D-3 case 2 Council New Business, Council agenda dated July 28, 1981) and at that time you tabled it until the Public Works Superintendent had an opportunity to take a . . traffic count on it and could report back to you. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-h) contains the Public Works Super- intendent's recommendation. I have also reviewed the area with the Public Works Superintendent and don't really see a need for signing this street, however, if trucks start using this route as a short-cut, this could create a problem. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the request. The following motion is submitted for your con- sideration on this case: /~ Motion by Cour~cil~e~ber~.. and~seconded by CouncJ_lmember~j~t~a~/disapprove of installing a 30 m.p.h, sp~ed limit/sign on Iodine Street and a "No Thru Traffic" sign on Iodine just off of T.H. 47. FLINTWOOD HILLS SECOND ADDITION DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT REQUEST FOR APPROVAL: Enclosure .(D2-i) contains the Flintwood Hills Second Addition's development contract for Council approval. Council did give final plat approval depending on certain things being accomplished and one being a development contract. Council shouid review this development contract very carefully, as we are breaking new ground with this contract. It is a change from what we have previously been doing in the City of Ramsey. Council'Action:' Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the contents contained in the above enclosure. The following motion is submitted for your consideration in acting on this case: Motion by Councilmember ..... and seconded by Council- member ....... to approve/disapprove/amend the proposed development contract for'Flintwood Hills Second Addition. (If Council disapproves, they.will have to insert the appropriate language for this motion.)'Further to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk to sign the development contract for the City of Ramsey.
