Motion by Councilmember /~ and seconded by Councilmember to approve/~~e/amend the Findings of Fact as proposed (or as recommended)_.by the Planning and Zoning Commission in their minutes dated August 4, 1981. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no 2) Approval/Disapproval of Special Use Permit: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the pro- posed special use agreement contained in the above ~.nclosure. The following proposed motion is sub- mitted for your consideration. Motion by Councilmember and seconded by Councilmember to approve/disapprove (if you disapprove, you should state reason) of granting a special use permit to Mr. Allen Stull. Further to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the special use permit agreement be- tween Mr. Stull and.the City of Ramsey. Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no CASE #2: REQUEST FOR.'BUILDING PERMIT PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF PLATTING REQUIREMENTS; CASE'OF MR~'BEN DEEMER: Mr. Deemer will be coming before the Council requesting that you grant him a variance from the platting requirements to build a house on street which has not received its base material. Paragraph 170.059I of the City Code states a per- mit cannot be issued unless this has been accomplished. Enclosure (DB-b) contains anexcerpt of the City Code. Council Action: Your action will be to make a motion granting this variance. The following motion is submitted for your consideration if you approve/disapprove his request. Motion by Coun¢~m_e.~er ~ and seconded by Co unc ilmember ~Q~/~- to approve/disapprove (if you disappmove, you should state reason which in simple form would be in non-compliance of the City Code) issuing a building permit to construct a house on Lot __, Block , Pondvale Estates. Furthers that Mr. Deemer pos~ a bond that he will bring streets up to Code require- ments upon completion of the house and that an occupancy permit will not be issued until the above street does meet City Code.
