Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR.'BUILDING PERMIT PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF PLATTING <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS; CASE'OF MR~'BEN DEEMER: <br /> <br />Mr. Deemer will be coming before the Council requesting that <br />you grant him a variance from the platting requirements to <br />build a house on street which has not received its base <br />material. Paragraph 170.059I of the City Code states a per- <br />mit cannot be issued unless this has been accomplished. <br />Enclosure (DB-b) contains anexcerpt of the City Code. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to make a motion granting <br />this variance.
