TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />SUBJ: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Building Official <br /> <br />August 24, 1981 <br /> <br />Moved in Dwelling for Robert Sharp <br /> <br />Upon payment of the $100.00 inspection fee, I today inspected a <br />dwelling presently located in the City of Richfield for Mr. Robert <br />Sharp. 'Mr. Sharp is requesting permission to reloca%e this dwelling <br />on the 35 acre parcel located at the southwest corner of Highway #47 <br />and @een Valley Road. As noted on his attached letter, Mr. Sharp <br />will be removing the old house presently located on the property if <br />his request is approved. <br /> <br />My ~nspection showed the following: <br /> <br />1) The structure is in good structural condition and is quite <br /> nice in appearance. (see attached pictures) <br /> <br />2) The structure is a walk-out rambler with 1040 square feet <br /> which complies With ou~ ordinance. <br /> <br />The only correction that I could see would be the addition <br />of insulation in the attic and other accessible areas of <br />the house. <br /> <br />Based on my inspection and the proposed location, it would be my <br />recommendation that this request be approved, contingent upon the <br />following: <br /> <br /> 1) That the applicant shall acquire all necessary permits. <br /> <br />2) That the applicant shall place the dwelling to comply with <br /> all applicable ordinances including the flood plain ordinance. <br /> <br />3) That the applicant shall enter into an agreement with the City <br /> to complete his construction By a date to be specified. <br /> <br />I will he available at the meeting for any questions. <br /> <br /> <br />
