August 6, 1981 <br /> <br />Dear Council Members: <br /> <br />This letter is in reguards to my addition to my garage which <br />I would like to attach to my house. <br /> <br />I am the owner of DJ's Heating and Air Conditioning in Albert- <br />ville, Minnesota. I presently own a shop there that is 40x120' <br />long and 18' high in which I run my business. I have no need <br />or desires to run my business out of my home. <br /> <br />I presently own a Bronco 4-wheel drive with a plow, a Datsun <br />pickup, 4 motor cycles, a l0 bp. John Deer garden tractor with <br />attachments, and a trailor. I also have a fire place, therefore, <br />I would need storage space for the fire wood. <br /> <br />I truely believe this would add to the beauty of my home and the <br />area. The addition will hold a low profile. A standard garage <br />door; 8' high and 16' long. I also have plans to add a swimming' <br />pool to my property in which I would need the storage for lawn <br />chairs, tables, and pool equipment.
