NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of Adjust- <br />ment will hold a public hearing on August 25, 1981 at 7:40 P.M. at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose <br />of the hearing is to consider Mr. Donald Savitski's request to add on to his <br />garage 1600 square feet which is larger than permitted by City Ordinance <br />Section 170.014B. <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Part of the East Half of <br />the Northwest Quarter Section 15, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, and <br />generally known as 16244 Ramsey Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br />Written comments shall be received at the above address prior to 5:00 P.M. <br />August 25, 1981. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />August 11, 1981 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
