PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, August 18, <br />1981, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec - <br />Councilmember Van Wagner <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Reimann <br />Councilmember Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />Building Offical Berg <br />Reporter Eric Sandin <br /> <br />The special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was called to order at 7:34 <br />P.M. Councilmember Reimann led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />A public hearing was called to order by Mayor Gamec at this time for the <br />discussion of street improvement #81-19. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the Special Council meeting back to order at 9:03 P.Mo <br /> <br />CASE #1: DRISCOLL, BAUGH, 173RD STREET AND 169TH STREET REGARDING PROPOSED <br /> <br />SURFACING PROJECT #81-19: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to rescind Resolution #81-102 Approving Plans and Specifications and Order- <br />ing Advertisement for Bids on Project #81-19 passed by Council July 28, <br />1981 and to adopt Resolution #81-109 Approving Plans and Specifications and <br />Ordering Advertisement for Bids for Project #81-1-9. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox.
